Reward Rules

Earn a percentage of a confirmed, paid project. The base rate is determined by how many successful referrals you completed before that project.

• Starter (10% Commission): For projects referred when you have 0–2 completed referrals: your first through third successful projects.
• Partner (15% Commission): For projects referred when you have 3–9 completed referrals: your fourth through tenth successful projects.
• Elite (20% Commission): For projects referred when you have 10 or more completed referrals: your eleventh successful project onward.

After five completed client referrals, the existing bonus rule doubles the reward calculated at your tier rate for subsequent referrals. Your dashboard shows progress and approved rewards.

Inviting a referrer records a ₹100 joining reward, locked until they complete their first successful client referral. An eligible person joining through an invite receives a ₹100 welcome bonus after their own first successful client referral. The inviter also receives 10% of the recruit’s referral reward under the program rules. This is a share of the reward, not the client’s project price.

Client referral links use a 30-day browser tracking window. Clearing cookies or using a different browser can affect recognition of a referral.

Payout Policy

• Payout method: UPI using the ID submitted during onboarding.
• Payout timeline: within 7 days of project payment confirmation.
• WebAura Creative Technologies LLP (Web Aura) may request additional payment verification if needed.

General Terms

• Rewards are only for valid and confirmed converted leads.
• Spam, fake, self-referrals, or abusive behavior may lead to disqualification.
• By joining, you agree to communication related to referral status and payouts.
